Yes! We want you to be delighted with your services. If you’re not, let us know within 24 hours and we will fix whatever problems you have.
We guarantee that the cleaner will arrive within a 2-hour window or your service will be free.
Life happens. We get it. You can cancel your appointment for free if your appointment is more than 24 hours away. If it is less than 24 hours away, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The $50 fee is also applied when your cleaner cannot enter your home within 30 minutes of their arrival due to no one being home or an access code is not given.
